General

Who Attends

SportsPro New York brings together the key players from the world’s largest sports broadcast and streaming market. It’s the only event on the calendar where representatives from the biggest leagues, teams, federations, technology providers, and media organisations congregate in one place.

SportsPro New York and SportsPro AI USA are taking place at the Marriott Marquis (1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, United States).

There will be people to direct you, but please take the central lifts from the lobby to Level 6.

SportsPro New York 2025 will be taking place on 20th and 21st of March 2025, 09:00 – 17:00.

Yes! You can access the full agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and kickstart your networking when our event app.

Yes, the dress code is business casual

Travel, Accommodation & On site

Where can I book accomodation

Our preferential rate for the Marriott Marquis has ended, but here are some alternative accommodation options for SportsPro New York.

Yes, there will be a cloakroom onsite to leave jackets and light luggage. There is a $5 charge per item for this.

We encourage all attendees to leave luggage at their accommodation where possible, as space is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.

Can I upgrade my pass type?

We have three pass types available this year: Conference Pass, All Access Pass and Membership Pass.

All passes give you access to two full days of SportsPro New York’s content, whilst the All Access Pass provides enhanced access to our co-located SportsPro AI USA. The Membership Pass will also give you a years’ access to the SportsPro+ platform.
