Who Attends
SportsPro New York brings together the key players from the world’s largest sports media, AI, and investment market. It’s the only event on the calendar where representatives from the biggest leagues, teams, federations, technology providers, investment and media organisations congregate in one place.

SportsPro New York takes place at the Marriott Marquis, Times Square (1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, United States).
What are the dates and opening times of SportsPro New York
Day 1: 12 March | 08:20 – 17:30
Day 2: 13 March | 09:00 – 15:10

Is there an event app?
Yes! You can access the full agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and kickstart your networking when our event app goes live.
You can now download the SportsPro Event app from the App Store and Google Play Store.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is business casual
Travel, accommodation & on-site
Where can I book accomodation
Our preferential rate with the Marriott Marquis has now expired. However, there are plenty of other hotels in the area, such as Voco Times Square – Broadway by IHG, Springhill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan Times Square, Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square.
Please book directly through the hotel, but if you have any questions about event logistics feel free to get in touch with the team!
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom. Coat check is $5 per person.
Travelling to the USA
For those visiting the USA, please ensure you have a valid ESTA.

Can I upgrade my pass type?

What does my pass give me access to?
We have three pass types available this year:
Conference Pass
One day pass | 12 March
One day pass | 13 March
Our conference pass grants you full access to both days of the event.
Day one passes grant you access to our main stage, Investment and Media track content on day one.
Day two passes grant you access to our main stage, AI, and Media track content on day two.

I'm a speaker or partner, how can I register?
Partners: A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to register your partner passes.
Speakers: A member of our team will register your pass for you. You will receive an email from the SportsPro team to confirm this.

What networking do I have access to?
There are a number of dedicated networking hours in the agenda for all attendees, as well as access to connect and set up meetings through the event app.
